7th Grade Post, Social Studies (1-23)
Now that you have studied the history and societies of both Medieval Japan and Europe which one would you chose to live in and why? Please post an answer to this question and if you have time please post a comment on another student's answer. I would rather live in feudal Japan.Japan has my favorite foods. I enjoy nature and the outdoors, so I would enjoy meditating in one of their Shinto rock gardens.I like the way they make their art and how they use it against their enemies. They would craft and paint masks that would fill their enemies with fear.If that didnt work,their weapons and armor would surely make them think twice before starting a war.

I would live in feudal Europe because I like the cathedrals and their art plus I would be a blacksmith which were more important in Europe.

I would live in feudal Japan because I thing the shoguns treated the Japenese more fairly then the King treated the Europeans. I also think their art of fighting were efficent.

I would rather live in feudal Japan because their feudalism lasted longer than Europe's. I would also live in feudal Japan because the people were protected. Japan's art and religion set them apart from Europe.

i would rather live in medieval europe because of the art and cathedrals and the way that they lived and for a job i would probably want to be a knight but the problem was back then that if you wanted to be a knight you would have to be rich.

I would rather live in feudal Europe because of the art, cathedrals, and protection from the king. If I were to live there back then I would be a knight because of all the action they would get.

I would rather live in feudal Japan for many reason. One of the reasons is because its was organized and was organized longer than feudal Europe. I would also like to live in feudal Japan because their military army was feared. The last reason why I would like to live in feual Japan is because I would be treated more fairly. (As Rianna mentioned)

I would want to live in Feudal Europe because of the protection and respect from the King.I also like that women had more rights. I was disapointed that Feudulism lasted longer in Japan than in Europe. I like Feudal Japan but there are somethings I just don't agree with.
